Loyal fans of the actress are demanding that a man who breached a fence and touched the actress during yesterday's Wicked: For Good premiere be detained or deported from Singapore.

A viral video shows the individual from Australia shoving aside media personnel and lunging at Grande while the cast made its way down a yellow carpet accompanied by onlookers.

Fellow actress Cynthia Erivo quickly wrested the surprised star away from Mr Wen, who was seen being escorted out of the premiere by guards.

Mr Wen stated on Instagram late on Thursday that he was "released after being taken in", though official papers showed that he was set to attend court on the following morning. It is not clear if he was charged.

Record of Event Invasions

This is not the first time for Mr Wen, who labels himself a "Notorious Troublemaker", has disrupted a performance. His Instagram profile includes recordings of him interrupting other high-profile occasions, including breaching the performance area at the pop singer's Sydney concert in June this year and in a similar way during The Chainsmokers event in the city last December.

"Steps should be implemented applied against him as this is evidently a criminal offence," commented an Instagram commenter, in a response to a video Mr Wen posted of his actions.

"Oh wow so you do this a lot... how aren't you in jail?" a different Instagram user remarked.

Supporters Express Concern Over Ariana's Safety

Many supporters accused Mr Wen for "re-traumatising" Grande, who had spoken of experiencing post-traumatic stress disorder after a terrorist explosion at the end of her May 2017 concert in Manchester, claiming the lives of 22 people and wounding numerous individuals.

"After everything she's faced... including the Manchester attack, you considered it entertaining to rush the barrier?" said one more comment on Instagram.

A number of fans also criticised event staff at the premiere for not being adequately prepared; while different individuals called for social media platforms to block Mr Wen's videos.

Reaction and Premiere Information

In clips spreading on the internet, Grande seemed startled when she was approached by the man. Her fellow actors Michelle Yeoh and Erivo can be observed comforting her while Mr Wen was escorted away by staff.

Grande has not issued a statement on the incident, and the premiere activities carried on uninterrupted.

Hundreds of fans had gathered in a mass of colorful attire at the Wicked: For Good Asia-Pacific debut in a Singapore shopping center, including several who had queued for as long as a significant duration before it began.

The motion picture, to be launched on the 21st of November, is the second of a two-part version of the acclaimed theatrical production Wicked, which centers on the unlikely friendship between two distinct characters.

The musical itself is a derivative of the 1900 story The Wonderful Wizard of Oz.

Grande, who acts as the benevolent sorceress Glinda, was adorned in a light pink sequin dress at the event while Erivo, who portrays the Elphaba, wore a black tube gown embroidered with roses.

They were accompanied by co-star Jeff Goldblum.

The first movie, Wicked, was the top-earning film of the previous year in the UK, and received 10 award recognitions, earning several for excellent wardrobe and set decoration.
